Suzanne Runyon has been spending her summers in Searsmont, Maine, lakeside, literally -- since infancy. These early and formative years of loving Maine life created a lifelong passion to live in Maine, and happily, Suzanne has realized that dream.

Having made the transition to become a Maine permanent resident, Suzanne is now helping clients find their perfect place to live, in this great state of Maine. Prior to relocating to Maine, Suzanne leveraged her eye for aesthetics and matching homebuyers to their dream homes through her years as a licensed Realtor in Northern Virginia.

Adding to Suzanne’s business acumen and being truly entrepreneurial at heart, Suzanne further connected with her community and with potential clients and buyers/sellers through her proprietorship of a women’s clothing boutique, located in the historic port city of Old Town Alexandria, VA.
